Steady Movement, Quiet Mind

Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced, traditional style of yoga that focuses on the foundations of movement, breath, and mindful awareness.

This class is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply rest.

Our Teachers

Amena

Amena's practice is rooted in the belief that small, intentional practices can create genuine and lasting improvements in our quality of life. Shaped by a series of experiences that profoundly shifted her perspective, and seasons that called for great resilience , she became increasingly curious about the connection between body, mind and spirit; and how the way we move, breathe, and think can influence the way we experience our lives.

Amena is passionate about making the wisdom of yoga both accessible and meaningful. Her classes often weave together mindful movement, yogic philosophy, and pranayama, helping students understand how these practices can support the nervous system, lower cortisol, regulate emotions and cultivate greater calm resilience, and presence in every day life.

Josephine

Josephine's teaching is intended to feel like a breath of fresh air- open, flowing, and attuned to the moment. With a foundation in Hatha-based Vinyasa, her classes blend grounded awareness with an intuitive sense of movement, honouring the body's natural rhythm. whether dynamic or slow, each session is a gentle invitation into comfort, soft curiosity, and inner exploration.

Rooted in ancient Asana and inspired by the subtle energetics of the practice, her approach is both ethereal and grounded. Josephine's classes aren't strictly traditional, instead, they hold space for the authentic unfolding of each student, both on and off the mat. Through breath, presence, and intentional movement, she honours the sacred in each body and encourages a return to self.

She hopes her classes feel like whatever you need most: a warm hug, a reset, a moment of empowerment- and always a quiet call to remember your light.
